During my twenty plus year career as a real estate agent, I’ve been fortunate to personally advise well over 1,000 sellers and buyers with their home or investment property.

My business philosophy is simple: I am in a service business and tailor each client’s experience to the level of service they expect.

My goal isn’t to sell the most homes or be the most known real estate agent, but to have a special relationship with each of the people that have chosen me to advise them. It is through this personal touch that I have been able to build a successful business.

When you hire me to be on your side, you KNOW I'm unwaveringly on your side, and you'll be glad you got me first.

My job is to make the process look easy. (Sometimes the problem with making it look easy is that people think it really is easy, but I can live with that.)

It’s important to recognize that buying or selling a home is the largest, or one of the largest financial transactions, in a buyer or seller’s lifetime. As a result, stress, doubt and fear are bound to creep into the client’s mind.

To alleviate this, I work to take the client’s stress out of the process of buying or selling a home.

This means I provide a chronological timeline of events for the process, so they know what to expect and when. This removes much of the uncertainty and fear of the unknown.

Additionally, I prepare them emotionally for what they will feel and experience as I guide them through the purchase or sale of their home. When fears and doubts make their appearances, clients know that it’s normal for them to have those feelings, and that I’m here to successfully guide them to their end goal.

If you ask my current or past clients, they will mention my attention to detail and excellent client communication.

My clients will also talk about my savvy negotiation tactics. I continue to learn and grow. Today, there are not many transaction wrinkles and challenges that I haven’t previously experienced.

Additionally, my clients will mention my marketing expertise. What worked in real estate ten years ago, or even a few years ago, is not what’s most effective today. As our market place changes, I adapt, and take advantage of new technology and new marketing techniques.

Finally, my clients will tell you that I care. I develop a personal relationship with each client. I derive great satisfaction from guiding each client, and helping them achieve their ultimate goal of successfully buying or selling their home.

To determine if you and my team of trusted advisors and I are a good fit for working together, call me at (702) 523-7888. If we are the right fit, I look forward to serving you.
